Return & Refund Policy
At TMRK Enterprises LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for more details.
1. Returns
You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Personal care items (such as makeup, skincare products, or hygiene items)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at support@tmrkenterprises.com or call us at [Your Phone Number] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions.

Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not send your purchase back without this number.

Prepare the Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Package: Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. TMRK Enterprises LLC is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@tmrkenterprises.com or (949) 569 3229 and send your item to the address provided in the return authorization email.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
